CaseStack’s Green Carriers Program features carriers who utilize sustainable features while accomplishing their daily business operations. These carriers must meet several criteria to qualify for the program, including whether they have implemented engine modifications, alternative fuels, tire and body modifications and whether they have received certifications from their industry and/or the Environmental Protection Agency.
Fuel efficient fleets run better, last longer, lower emissions, and save money. CaseStack’s goal as a sustainability-focused supply chain innovator is to provide these forward-thinking solutions for customers across the spectrum.
In 2008, CaseStack awarded 6 of its customers the Certified Green Customer Certificate for shipping with CaseStack Certified “Green Carriers” more than 40% of the time. The program is scheduled to increase ten-fold as more carriers opt for more environmentally efficient features and more companies aim for sustainable supply chains.
