Santa Monica, Calif., January 5, 2009 - CaseStack, a technology-enabled supply chain solutions provider, announced today that Frank R. Kline, founder of the venture capital firm Kline Hawkes & Co., will be joining CaseStack’s Board of Directors. 

Mr. Kline has effectively directed investments in numerous highly successful growth companies.  With a proven track record in venture capital of more than 25 years, Frank directs his firm’s venture investments in communications, information technology, healthcare services and enterprise solutions.  Mr. Kline, a sought after speaker, frequently participates in events including the Los Angeles Venture Association, the Tech Coast Alliance, the Venture Capital Round Table at the Anderson School at UCLA and the World Venture Capital Forum.  He is also currently a board director for NewBridge College, Rayne Corporation, and Cyalume Technologies, and he is a former Governor of NASBIC - National Association of SBIC’s.
